The rator and motor direct draive through the flexible coupling, no transmission loss of energy consumption,higher transmission efficiency, higher reliability, bigger gas production, and more energy-efficient(22kw-250kw type);
 Rotor, sliding gears and motor through the flexible coupling connect, the coupling transmission is more efficiency than the belt tansmission, also get more compressed air for the same energy consumption( 280kw-400kw type);

It is a unique new design, which combines the permanent magnet motor and the speed control frequency converter. It couples with the high quality air end, which shows the advanced screw compressor technology.
It can provide the unique energy-saving effect and super reliability. There is no motor bearing. The screwing compressor is driven by the permanent magnet motor. There is no consider about the attrition of the gear,pulley,belt, coupling,shaft seal and the moving parts, which leads to the leak or change parts. Meanwhile, it not need to consider the calibritionfor the gear coaxial seal. The high-effect converter technique will reduce the operating costs prodigiously, which can provide you a real excellent technology.
 

Features Of Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Air Compressor

Ultra-low temperature rise design, the compressor allows long-term stable operation at ultra-low frequencies; closed-loop vector control system, faster control and more precise speed regulation; the compressor unit can still maintain efficient operation when the frequency is reduced by more than 50%; the pressure is stable, and the pressure is accurately controlled The fluctuation is within 0.01Mpa.
